Preston Miller began his career in commercial real estate in 2008. After spending time at both CBRE and Cushman Wakefield, he joined the Pentad Retail & Hospitality, team in 2011. Preston specializes in retail owner/user and investment properties throughout the state of Utah.
Preston graduated in May 2012 with a master’s degree of real estate development (MRED) from the University of Utah. He also has an undergraduate degree from the University of Utah in economics with a minor in business; he is fluent in Spanish. Preston enjoys almost any and every sport on a field, on the snow or water; hunting, outdoors and family. He and his wife have two boys.
Preston founded 2nd Generation Chainlinks. This organization consists of “next gen” brokers located in over 52 major cities across the U.S. Preston guides and directs bi-monthly conference calls, semi-annual gatherings and manages market activity information for all mem-bers. The idea for a “young broker council” came to Preston after visiting a principals retreat in Orlando, Florida in 2013. Since then the council is a conduit of 100's of transactions and relationships .
